There are a lot of good and free compliance document generators out there for your Privacy, TOS, AUP, etc...
Generators such as termly.io, formswift.com, getterms.io, and others. Unfortunately free hosting of the generated document is either not included and/or has been removed. For open source projects and others who may not be ready to jump into a paid plan, policies is a tool to easily fill that gap.
